The company reserves the right, at any time, to update and change any or all of these Refund & Cancellation Policy, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to the fees and charges associated with the use of the Services. If HapGen Educational Services does so, it will post the modified Refund & Cancellation Policy on the Site, though HapGen Educational Services will notify you of any changes that, in our sole discretion, materially impact these Refund & Cancellation Policies. Continued use of the Services after any such changes have been made shall constitute your consent to such changes. Policy Points

• We believe in fair business. If any digital assest is incorrect, we have assured a 100% fees refund. In case you want a refund please email us at support@theskilacy.com within the 7 days period of digital asset bought. We assure you a needful shall be done.
• Incase of a live trainings, company reserves a right to postpone your classes (due to technical issues/any health issues from trainer's end).
• If you fail to attend a purchased course without notice or rescheduling live session, you will not be entitled to refund of any amounts paid for such sessions.
